Production and Shipping:

- Shipping Time: Shipping takes 2-5 business days (after processing time)
- Packaging: We use poly bags for packaging
- Tracking: A tracking number will be provided

However, if there is an error on our part, we will promptly refund or replace the item. Kindly provide proof in such cases. A photo will suffice as proof.
Eligibility for Refund or Replacement:

- The text color is incorrect.
- The design is incorrect.
- The text itself is incorrect.

Other than the reasons listed above, we regret to inform you that we won't be able to offer refunds or accept returns. Please make your purchases thoughtfully and seriously.
Exchange Policy:
You can change or exchange the item for another model, as long as you cover the associated shipping costs.
