Shipping policy

Order processing
We process and dispatch orders within 1 business day of payment confirmation. We do not dispatch orders on weekends or public holidays, and processing may take longer during peak seasons.
Delivery within Hungary
- GLS courier: usually delivered within 2–5 business days. Standard shipping costs 1,900 Ft; heavier parcels may cost more – the exact price is shown at checkout.
- Free delivery for orders over 15,000 Ft.
- Store pickup: free, at 1072 Budapest, Rákóczi út 30/A, once we notify you that your order is ready.
Delivery to other countries
We ship to 25 EU member states and selected other European countries. Delivery usually takes about 7 business days, depending on the destination.

We do not ship to countries not listed above. For destinations outside the European Union, import duties, taxes or customs fees may apply; these are payable by the recipient.
Order tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by e-mail, which you can use to follow your parcel on the GLS website.
Lost or damaged parcels
The risk passes to you when you receive the goods. If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@wenswind.com and we will send a replacement or refund you.
