Refund policy

Thank you for choosing W.E.N.S. Wind. The products you buy from our store are produced specially for you. We want to ensure your complete satisfaction with your order. Therefore, we have established the following refund policy:

  1. Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving the product. We will provide a replacement product at no additional cost or issue a refund for the full purchase price, including shipping costs.

  2. Incorrect Orders: If you receive a product that does not match the design you approved or the order you placed, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving the product. We will provide a replacement product at no additional cost or issue a refund for the full purchase price, including shipping costs.

  3. Customer Error: We cannot issue refunds for products that were incorrectly ordered by the customer, such as misspellings or design errors. Please double-check all details and designs before placing your order.

  4. Shipping: We are not responsible for shipping delays or errors caused by the shipping carrier. We cannot issue refunds for delayed or lost shipments.

  5. Cancellation: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee cancellation or refund.

Please note that all refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take up to 7 business days to process.
